Prospecting in Real Estate

Fabulous Foyer in a Newark DE Home

Gratitude is the Attitude

The Tangled preview, Kat and I had fun and connected with other Philly social media types thanks to Klout

I am thankful every day, but today on Thanksgiving I wanted to put it in writing, to share it. So many people have impacted my life, far too many to list, so please know, I cherish everyone, old friends, new friends, those who are no longer a part of my life but will always be my friends.

Educating Before You Talk Tools

Real Estate agent education

Expectations Help Avoid Discomfort

We only have a few things in life, our name, our reputation and our credibility. I cherish those things and I try to teach that to my children. If you can not admit your own faults, weaknesses or errors then you cannot grow in any aspect of life. It is like people often say, you must release something to get past it, but to release often requires an uncomfortable confrontation. That is all about assumption really, in assuming someone will be defensive you avoid a confrontation and allow the problem to go unresolved.
