Dale Stinson and his team showed us. They really did, they hired the ever likeable, completely affable and totally brilliant Todd Carpenter. What Todd’s bosses showed us was that they do “get it”, more than most people who will even read this post, more than most people who are in charge of hiring for positions such as the one Todd is vacating in favor of his beloved Colorado (you can only keep a boy out of Colorado so long…). Todd “gets it”. I can’t explain it, all I can say is that if you “get it” you get it and this sentence will make sense and resonant with you for a long time.
